running of its office, to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures and
to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational
effectiveness, communication and safety.
The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for everyone within the
organisation, from Trustees to tenants and for this office management experience is essential as
is working within the charity sector. A knowledge and interest in the Trust is essential.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our supervisory team overseeing excellent customer service at Hoddom Castle. At peak times there can be 300+ covers per day, plus over 2000 guests per week. With live music and regular entertainment plus larger scale music events and festive activities such as our Christmas Market and Hogmanay Ball, there is variety every week and lots of opportunities to get involved in marketing, social media, team training and many other activities depending on your skillset and developmental interests.

There is professional training and various certificates are available, flexible hours, staff benefits, plus a good rate of pay and a 12 month permanent contract.
Ideal person:

ESSENTIAL 2 years minimum experience in a supervisory role at a wedding venue, hotel or holiday camp.
Looking for between 25-45 hours per week? A range of hours are available including midweek days/nights and weekend days/nights.

Minimum 8 weeks holiday.

This job has seasons and the option is there for more hours in the Summer and less in the Winter.
