Labourer/trainee Floorlayer Full Time

**TIRED OF THE SAME OLD DEAD END JOB?** 360 Degree Flooring Ltd, Dumfries, are seeking a labourer with the opportunity to train to become a commercial floor layer. We are looking for keen individuals who want to learn a new trade and gain skills in a field that has a massive shortage of workers. A determined individual could be qualified in as little as 3 years.

CSCS card and clean driving licence would be advantageous but not essential.

Core activities will include;

• Measuring and material estimating.
• Utilising material to minimise waste.
• Luxury Vinyl installs.
• Removing old flooring.
• Floor preparation i.e. screeds, plywood.
• Stretching carpet over gripper rods, taping / heat-seaming.
• Safety flooring, cap and coved, wetrooms.
• Hygenic Wall Cladding.

Rates of Pay:

Initially rate will be 10.50P/H depending on age with yearly rises based upon performance.

Regular overtime available
