Triage Adviser Full Time

We have a vacancy for a full time position for a Triage Adviser. Triage is essential to the smooth and efficient running of Dumfries and Galloway Citizens Advice Service and it is the first point of contact for most people accessing our services. The triage Adviser will quickly resolve enquiries using holistic and diagnostic interviewing skills. The Triage Adviser will provide information and advice on a variety of subjects, also signposting and empowering clients to use the organisation self-help tools. The Triage Adviser will refer on any complex cases or those requiring a specialist appointment.

SCQF level 5T Salary £22,564 per annum
35 hours per week

Base: Dumfries

Duration: Funded until 31st December 2026
