What’s the Job?
We’re looking for an IT Instructor to join our Commercial Development and Delivery team to be responsible for delivering a variety of Microsoft courses online for businesses and individuals, including certificated and bespoke courses. The courses will be delivered using MS Teams so they can be delivered from home or College premises. All equipment required for delivery will be provided.
The Commercial Development and Delivery Team are responsible for delivering a variety of professional qualifications, including certificated and bespoke courses, in a College that aims to be one step ahead.
Who we’re looking for
You will have an IT background and have expertise using a variety of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook etc with relevant experience and/ or qualifications equivalent to SCQF Level 7 or above. You will be experienced working with a variety of Microsoft and other IT packages and capable of developing and delivering high quality online training. While representing the College, you will offer high quality customer service in all you do.
We’re looking for a professional and creative team player, an individual who understands commercial course delivery, who knows how to get things done.
To succeed in the role, you will have some or all of the following:
· You will be educated to SCQF Level 7 or have relevant skills and experience in MS Office Packages
· Experience of working with MS Office packages at an advanced level is essential
· Experience of delivering training courses online is desirable
· Good/ Excellent knowledge of the subject, creative thinking and problem solving abilities
· Strong customer service, organisation, teamworking and relationship building skills.
· Good/ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· This post can be fully remote. The successful candidate will of course always be welcome to attend Campus for training and face to face events/ meetings should they choose to.

What happens next
Interviews for successful applicants will be held on a date to be confirmed week commencing 17th April 2023. Interviews will be held using MS Teams.

If you’re successful in securing the role, your employment will be conditional on the college receiving two satisfactory references and background checks.
