Reporting to the Area Team Manager, the successful candidate will work in our Dumfries and Galloway Area Team providing a generic housing management and maintenance service to tenants. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the overall performance of an Area Team and to achieve challenging individual and team targets. Experience in tenancy and estate management, preferably in a social housing environment, is essential as are excellent communication and customer service skills. You will need to demonstrate initiative and flexibility and be committed to ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Ideally, you will have an appropriate level of housing management experience and/or a recognised housing qualification and will have a proven track record of producing results within a similar target driven environment (A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this post).
