Dumfries, Galloway House at the Crichton

Almond Hearing is looking for a reliable, organised person to join our new clinic in Dumfries. Opening September at The Crichton.

This is a part-time role (2, 3 or 4 days per week. Possibility of Job Share), ideal for someone local with strong customer service skills and confidence using Microsoft Outlook and 365.

The role includes:

• Welcoming clients and making them feel at ease
• Managing appointments and enquiries (phone and email)
• Supporting the audiologist with day-to-day clinic admin
• Keeping the reception area running smoothly
• Stock control and general organisation

You’ll be working closely with Frazer and Iain , our audiologist at Dumfries, with support from Zoe our operations manager and the wider Almond Hearing team.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a front-of-house or admin role
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and learning new systems
• Calm, friendly, and good under pressure
• Someone who takes pride in doing a job well
