We are seeking to hire a new manager to lead and advance the business of the Kirkcudbright Dark Space Planetarium.
The role is to manage the Kirkcudbright Dark Space Planetarium’s current business activities, including program development, centre operations management, and strategic planning. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and motivating centre staff, managing operational costs and contracts, fundraising, improving administrative processes, and fostering relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community.
The role demands a versatile individual with expertise in business management, programme and event management, fundraising, budget management, administrative excellence, and someone who understands the key elements needed to create a successful programme that matches the goals of the Kirkcudbright Dark Space Planetarium.
