Grounds, Property & Hot Tub Maintenance Full Time

Job Summary:
We are looking to recruit a full time dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as Grounds, property & hot tub maintenance worker. This Person will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the property’s outdoor areas, as well as ensuring that all hot tubs are properly maintained, cleaned, and functioning efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, minor repairs, and hot tub maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Grounds & property maintenance:

Perform routine landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding.
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including pathways, patios, and common spaces.
Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
Remove debris, trash, and leaves from the grounds.
Conduct basic repairs and maintenance on site on the grounds & properties.
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs on the property.
Hot Tub Maintenance:

Inspect and maintain hot tubs to ensure they are clean and in working condition.
Perform routine water testing and adjust chemical levels as needed.
Drain, clean, and refill hot tubs regularly.
Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical or plumbing issues.
Monitor and replace filters, heaters, and other components as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding water quality.
Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules and performed tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance is preferred
Knowledge of hot tub or pool maintenance, including chemical balancing, is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided
Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
Work Schedule & Environment:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
May involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
