We have a vacancy for a part time Bakery Support Worker, working three days per week, 20-25 hours per week including some early starts.
Our bakery produces an extensive range of artisan breads and other wholesome goods to supply our busy farm shop and our shared households. The team includes adults with learning disabilities. We use predominantly organic ingredients and all our products are hand made using traditional methods.
The bakery support worker will be involved all aspects of production, while also supporting others to learn and develop their skills in the bakery.
Ideally you will already have experience of working with adults with additional support needs and have an interest in good quality food, or be an experienced baker with the openness to learn about other aspects of this unusual role.
We will give training in all aspects of the work.
The role will be subject to a PVG check.
