The general working hours of this position is 35 hours per week and these can be worked over Monday to Friday.
The job
This is a newly defined role designed to strengthen Loreburn’s corporate obligations in relation to organisational performance and complaints management.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will be the lead officer in co-ordinating, analysing and presenting our performance and compliance reports and identifying ways in which we can share best practice, excellent examples of service delivery and where we can make the necessary changes to ensure continuous improvement across all functions.
Your role will be predominately home-based, however with our Hub, Home and Roam model there is a requirement for you to be able to attend in-person meetings on a regular basis and some travel throughout D&G region may be required. You will have a notional base of Dumfries for the purposes of travel.
