Administrator
Part-Time – 20 Hours per Week
Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:00pm
£12.50 per hour
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Administrator to join our growing team at Penninghame Estate, just outside Newton Stewart.
In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for handling bookings and enquiries for our accommodation and restaurant, as well as supporting the general administration of the estate. No two days will be the same, and you’ll play an important part in helping our estate run smoothly.
Key skills and experience:
Previous administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work independently
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
This role could be ideal for someone looking to work during school hours.
Please note that the position is based on the Penninghame Estate, so access to your own transport is essential.
