Joiner Full Time

South West Trades Ltd, a local trades company, is seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team. The role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, both internal and external, so versatility and precision are crucial.

Roles and Responsibilities
– Carry out a wide range of joinery work, including fitting doors, windows, skirting boards, and frameworks.
– Create and install bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and fittings.
– Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications and plans.
– Collaborate with other trades on-site to ensure projects are completed on time.
– Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, ensuring a professional and polished finish.
– Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
– Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.

Requirements
– A minimum of 4+ years of joinery experience.
– Strong understanding of joinery techniques, tools, and materials.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– A full UK driving licence is essential.
– Own basic joinery tools (specialist tools provided by the company).
