Full-Time HGV Driver/Storeman

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Driver/Storeman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering building materials to customer sites, as well as performing general store duties, serving customers, and maintaining a tidy yard.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles.
• Load and unload building materials efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver materials to customer sites on time.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly documented.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Make up customer orders
• Assisting customers in store
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Class 2 driving license, with a clean driving record.
• Hiab experience (preferred but not essential)
• Experience driving commercial vehicles (preferred).
• Knowledge of building materials (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
