We are looking for a cleaner for our self-catering holiday house near Kirkpatrick Durham (5 miles north-east of Castle Douglas). The cleaning days vary with the bookings but are mostly Mondays, and a few Fridays, during term time (from 10am until 2.30-3pm) and Saturdays during school holidays, so this may suit someone with school-children.
Physical fitness is essential, as well as an eye for detail, and the ability to work to a deadline, especially during one-day changeovers. Unless you live in Kirkpatrick Durham, your own transport is also essential as the times of buses to and from Kirkpatrick Durham don’t fit with the working hours.
You would be working with an experienced cleaner and the work would take about 5 hours.
Starting salary £12/hour, increasing with experience/ability.
