We are looking for a Head Chef to take the reins of this busy Kitchen. You will have had several years experience running a kitchen, understanding Kitchen management, stock rotation, exceptional purchasing skills and leading a team. We have a team of 5 chefs from commis to Jnr Sous focused on delivering a varied and exciting menu. Short term accommodation can be provided.
We serve up to 120 covers a day running the kitchen during service with a team of 3 split across starters and sweets, garnish and the pass. We had the privilege of working with our last Head Chef for over 6 years and we are looking for a similar level of commitment for this appointment.
The Head Chef position allows the current Chef / Proprietor to step out of the Kitchen day to day role and focus on other interests. Take a look at our website and menus we currently cater for and then if you think it’s up your street, apply and we’ll organise a sit down and a chat.
