Due to growth and continued success we are recruiting for a new position of Commercial Workshop Service Receptionist.
The role will be based at our head office in Palnackie near Dalbeattie on the beautiful Solway Coast near to some of the best walking, mountain biking (‘7stanes’) and scenic areas in the UK.
The successful candidate will provide a professional administrative service to TP Niven’s inhouse Workshop Team in addition to being the first point of contact for external suppliers and customers. A job description is available on our Indeed page.
The ideal candidate will have good communication and numerical skills with proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word and the ability to quickly learn our internal IT systems and processes. Attention to detail with a flexible and helpful approach is essential.
Salary will be dependent on experience, hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4pm.
